We are saddened to announce the passing of our long-time colleague and friend Graciana del Castillo, who died on Friday, March 22, after an extended illness.  She was a brilliant economist and development thinker with a lively wit and an inimitable style.  We mourn her loss and extend our condolences to her family and to all who knew her.  We will miss her deeply.
